Amazing Double Oven with Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this double oven a little while back and it was installed during my kitchen renovation in August. The features of this oven are great and it is very easy to operate. I have baked, broiled and even kept things warm and not had any issues. Now when I have to cook two items for dinner, I don’t have to adjust temperatures and cooking time for one of the items so they will be finished at the same time. I can’t wait until I start my Christmas baking... by having the double oven, I will be able to make large quantities of cookies and baked goods in half the time. This comes in handy for the cookie/ treat trays I make and give out!!
So far I am very happy with this Frigidaire appliance. Point of interest: There is an odor when first using the ovens that is somewhat smelly, however it does dissipate after a few uses.

The reason I buy quality

I called in and within 3 minutes they had setup an appointment for their tech to come to my house in 2 days, It was only 4 days before Christmas yet they still had a tech out by me quickly, The repair was smooth and free of charge.
Whenever everything is perfect with a purchase it is easy to rate the unit at 5 stars, but the true testament to any company is their response to a service issue. I am now and forever confident that Frigidaire will remain my Home Appliance Company.

Arrived in the nick of time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One day after the installation, my sister arrived for our traditional Christmas cookie baking. We spent two days baking without a hitch. One week later it was Christmas dinner. The new oven had quite a workout and did not disappoint.
The black stainless steel is lovely in our kitchen, too.
