capacity is more than adequate, efficiency is excellent, performance is excellent. technology is very good. The only negative so far is a distinct clunk before it begins the spin cycle, not sure why.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so disappointed with this washer. It is off balance a lot and we have had it looked at multiple times. Of course it’s out of warranty. I wouldn’t buy this unit again.

We’d like to assist with this issue with your washer becoming unbalanced. We recommend making sure the washer is leveled; the leveling legs can be adjusted if needed. We also recommend loading items loosely and evenly around the outside of the basket, to help it stay balanced.
