This washer is wonderful. You ca do bigger loads, the control system is a wonderful feature. The washer being a smart system takes the guesswork out of the equation. The performance is by far the best we’ve ever had. The cycles and noise is another excellent feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Goes off balance at beginning of rinse cycle and. Clothing needs to be redistributed when it is very heavy and wet. Very quiet wash. Controls are easy to use

I personally don't feel there is enough water in the tub on a regular cycle. Sometimes the clothes even on small load are not covered with water so the powdered brightener I use is still sitting on top of the clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist with the water level of your washer. Water may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal for this high efficiency washer.
This unit has a deep-fill feature. This option will add additional water to the wash cycle regardless of whether you used a manual or a load-sensing fill. We recommend referring to the following article for further guidance:

It has direct drive which is supposed to be very good. When clothes are done, they are drier than other washer I've used. Cycle seems quick too. Good capacity. Overall its a 5 star, but, every time I open or close the lid, it turns on. That's very annoying....when I lift the lid at the end of the cycle, it turns on, I have to turn it off. Same when closing the lid when done. Also there is no sound when completed as my last machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The whole experience of getting the washer was great and the discount for veterans. The only thing that needs improvement is the operating manual. This is a high tech machine and needs a simple manual.
