Good, but loud

I feel that it washes clothes well, but it is the loudest washing machine I have every owned.

We recommend ensuring that your washer is properly level with all 4 leveling legs firmly on the ground, as the unit not being level can cause excess sounds. You can find instructions for this on page 21 of the Owner's Manual at the link below.
Some sounds that you are experiencing can be normal, such as clicking, humming, and a back and forth swoosh sound. Gets unbalanced very easily. I also have to adjust the water level every time, does not clean or rinse well with the low water levels. So I have to adjust the water level every time. End of cycle chime is way to low. If you are 6 feet away you can't hear it. Is noisier than my old washer.

This washer is a high efficiency model, which means it uses less water to provide the same level of clean as traditional washers.
If you are noticing out of balance conditions, there can be a many causes. The first thing we recommend checking is that the unit is completely level to the ground and all shipping foam has been removed. They can be found at the bottom of the washer.

Capacity is huge!

love how large and deep it is. It easily holds a King size quilt. Still figuring out all the smart controls. My only issue is it is noisier than my previous front loader.

Mostly happy with this washer. I do feel like sometimes it doesn't add enough water to get clothes clean and I have to use the deep fill more than I think I should.

The washing machine has an issue with keeping the load balanced, no matter the type or capacity of the load. The technology and the ability to be connected via the internet is useful.

We would like to help you with the balance of your unit. We recommend making sure the cycle selected matches the load you are washing. Additionally, make sure the unit is properly balanced on an even floor. If needed, you can adjust the leveling legs by rotating each leg in the appropriate direction to raise or lower it.
