Enjoying new washer, it's great and I liked that it has cycles that others don't have. Having the agitator as a variable is such a good feature. Hope to enjoy thos for years to come.

Not do great!

Washer shakes & knocks extremely loud when washing sheets, blankets, towels. Machine moves several inches. Very annoying! Also, the end of cycle warning is so short and low, we don’t hear it if not standing in same room. Not convenient!

We are more than glad to help out with your washer. The washer may shake and rock when it needs to be leveled. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down.
Unbalanced loads can also cause the washer to vibrate more. Stop the machine and redistribute the load. The more the legs are extended, the shakier the unit will be during operation.

Clothes are cleaner!

Haven't had the washer long but it does clean the clothes well. The only reason I gave a good rating is because the washer is somewhat noisy. Otherwise, the drum is deep enough to wash comforters and bedding without getting tangled. It has great cycles and hopefully will last a long time.

Like the agitator

I like this washer. I like the various cycles and the ability to customize them. I like that it has an agitator and believe my clothes are cleaner than when I used a washer without the agitator. I do NOT like that it gets out of balance easily and that I am unable to wash my bathroom rugs or my king sized quilt in it. While the tub is large enough the washer will not balance to complete the cycle. I checked the capacity before purchase so I would be able to launder those items so that is a major disappointment. When washing items with a tie or string the tie can get caught in the agitator and that’s annoying.
