Still figuring it out. Old washers, filled the tub, pour soap in let it wash. Today is more complex. locking tops, less water, soap drawer, i hope they clean the clothes, i mean, it seams to. about as quiet as our 20yr old one. hopefully we get 20yrs.... I'm praying, but I'm sure 10 is pushing it....but why!??? Make machines last, please. Charge more to last longer.
