Wont.wash large bulky load

I can't wash blankets or.qiolts or.bedspreads. that Is a must that O ha e a washer that can stay on balance not shake.off the concrete pad and I have to push it.back.on there with my broken back. Every blanket I e washed.it gets off balance.and.I habe to bet.it back.on tje pad a.d run a drain. Spin cycle

Load Balancing is poor and no save settings option

Washer has no way of programing any of the cycle settings so they are there the next time you use it. Normal cycle is always hot water. I have to adjust it each time i use it. Where are we on technology GE? This should be a standard feature. The other issue is its horrible at balancing a load. about half the loads will cause the drum housing to slam into the sides. Eventually it wont spins dries. I have to re balance manually and try the rinse and spin cycle to finish.It has done this from day one with big or small loads. I always try to balance each load before i turn it on and i don't overload it. I am very dissatisfied with this washer and i would not recommend it. Its the worst one i have owned in 40 years. its only two years old and I imagine the balancing issue will only get worse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great family washer

We’re a family of 4 and love the large capacity of the drum to fit all the clothes in. We rarely fill it to the top but I can fill at ease we’re not overloading our washer when washing towels and blankets. My kids can’t reach the bottom of the drum to help with laundry but in due time they will. The noise, what noise? It’s quiet. I love the timing countdown of when the load is finished and variety of cycles. We’ve been using the washer for 4 months and so far it’s great.
