The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for Washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With Washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most Washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. If you'd like to see more water in the tub, we recommend selecting the Deep Fill option which adds additional water to the wash load, regardless of whether you used a manual or a load-sensing fill.

We were in the market for a washer after many years. We shockingly found this gem in a scratch and dent area of a major retailer. Nothing but cosmetic dents. We love anything that has smart/app access. The amount of options on here, are amazing. The smart technology with it, has been great so far. The cubic ft is so big! Not too loud, love being able to see while the wash is working. When we move, we totally are getting the matching dryer!

Purchased yesterday. Installed it myself last night. Worked well on first load of clothes. No information in User Manual about SmartHG app. However, found info online and got it to work. Wish the washer came with new hoses.
