So far, so wonderful! I absolutely love the control I have over the setting and how my wash will be ran. My favorite thing so far is how I'm able to lift the lid while it's filling. It helps when rinsing out lids or used up detergent bottles, most importantly it's an amazing feature for stain scrubbing. I love the soak modes and have really enjoyed how the scent is staying in my clothes from the scent beads better. This washer is quiet, I mean so so quiet! It has so many cool user controls and apparently you can start cycles from your phone! Obviously (so far) I'm just in love with this washer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wverything works well and is pretty self explanatory. Cleans well. Quick. Makes weird noises when it starts but is overall pretty quiet. Gave 5 stars rating!!!

Will not drain

I’ve had this washer for a couple of weeks now
Every time I use the washer it will not drain.
It’s a constant source of stress for me
I have used every single option

This model needed servicing right away, needed the “suspension rods” all replaced or else it would go out of balance and “bang”. Works okay since repairs but has more electronics than I require…I just want to do laundry without all the unnecessary options! I used to get only GE appliances but may shop around more next time!
