We did our research and we would highly recommend this unit over all the others we evaluated. It is so quiet we can actually leave the laundry room door open while it is running. One of the best features we like is how little water it uses. We are very satisfied with our choice....

My only complaint is it automatically goes to wash/ rinse in hot water. When I try to change it to cold it takes awhile to change over to cold on the digital screen.

I've been longing for an agitator style washer and this hits all the bells and whistles. The agitator really spins hard to get the clothes clean which is just what I wanted. I especially love that you can fill the entire basin with water for bulky loads, and the agitator still cranks just as hard!. You can also soak clothes with bleach in plenty of water to get your whites clean! It has a dispenser tray with 4 (yes I said four!!) trays to dispense your cleaning products and it even has one for laundry pods so you don't have to toss it directly onto your clothes anymore. Processing laundry is a joy once again!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The smart part of this machine is not smart enough to put enough water in the machine and then the Deepfield button doesn’t even work so you can have an extra amount of water added to it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Modern washing machines use much less water than older units, and the article below goes into more detail as to why.

Deep fill is a great way to add more water, but it doesn’t work on all cycles. We suggest taking a look at your use and care manual starting on page 8 for more information on the various cycles on your machine, as well as deep fill. You can find the manual here:
