I miss my old washer

Overall it’s ok but it gets off balance no matter what I do. I miss being able to wash blankets but it doesn’t finish because it’s off balance, It’s just very frustrating. I wish the buzzer was a little louder. I have to be careful when I wash jeans because it’s off balance again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend viewing the loading instructions for this washer on page 13 of the Owner's Manual at the link below to avoid the unbalancing of the machine. I love everything about the GE Profile washer. Features. Options. Gone are all the "Uneven Load" days of my old washer. Nothing gets tangled.

Great Features and Quiet

Easy to use and I like the number of features. It is reasonably quiet which is nice because is is right off our kitchen. We changed from a front loader to top loader as we had trouble with door gasket on old machine; This one is much more straight forward to use too. We love it.

Gets clothes clean!

I really like this washing machine, however, larger loads tend to get super twisted and tangled. Also, it tends to get unbalanced easy. It does do really well getting the clothes clean. I love having the agitator instead of an impeller.

We're more than glad to provide some clarity on this feature. The Deep Fill option, not to be confused with the Deep Rinse option, will add more water to the wash cycle regardless of whether you used a manual or a load-sensing fill. It is recommended for special case loads. For more detailed information, please refer to the article here:
