Big capacity, very quiet. Purchased washer with the agitator option. Does a great job cleaning our clothes.

So far we haven't got it to drain/spin. Tried to level it more and now it doesn't even turn in. Had to call store for warranty services. We'll see after they come to look at it. Its been a little over a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The washer requires that you add laundry detergent to the tray before each wash; this is very time-consuming and troublesome.

Washer with Smart Technology

New washer has many new cycles to get used to, the fact it's supported by WiFi technology is new to us and we are still learning how to use it as we've only had the appliances for about 2 weeks. Thus far we are happy with its capacity and efficient use of water. Clothes and bedding washed thus far have come out very clean.

Large capacity, which is great for a family of 4. But I find it unbalances a lot more than my smaller capacity washer. Lots of different settings though!
