We have had a good overall experience with this washer so far. It is fairly quiet and does an excellent job of gently cleaning the items washed. Everything comes out very clean and smelling fresh. We do not use the smart technology. It has a good variety of settings, such as water level, and the duration of the different cycles. We normally wash everything with softeners and using the highest levels of rinse and water used because the capacity of the washer is very large. We wash everything with cold water, so the biggest downside for us has been not being able to select cold water for most of the cycles. All of the different wash cycles are great, but you can only select straight cold water for 2 of them.

Not what I expected

I have had this washer for less than a month and I already need to have it serviced. The spin cycle is not working properly and when it does work it is banging all over the washer even when on a low cycle and no clothes in it.

Washer seems to be doing its job. Although at first we where having issues with drum hitting the sides of the washer every time we wash, this was cause because the washer was not level correctly. Once we level the washer correctly the drum banging stop and its working as it should.
