Excellent quality but ....

Excellent quality and performance but the washer is pretty loud when operating and the " end of cycle " signal is way too soft to hear from the next room. Also I live in an area without high speed internet so I cannot use the smart phone features..

Just a couple snags

Just a few snags. I'm pretty careful when loading it up with clothes, but even when I think I've circled the clothes around evenly and distributed the weight, it can get off balanced and also not fully wring the clothes out, which can be frustrating.
