Just purchased the machine. So far I like it. Clothes come out smelling clean not like my other, always smelled like they didn’t clean properly. Still learning all the features. Nice and deep for large loads. Has a deep fill as well. Has a lot of features others don’t. It’s offered with or without an agitator. I bought mine with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed in this washing machine. We paid so much money & I was so excited about it. Clothes come out so wrinkled no matter what setting you have wash on. Also, the pod dispenser holds water after wash cycle is over so when you add the next load, the pod bleeds all over clothes because it’s wet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is however normal for the detergent dispenser to have a little bit of water left over in the dispenser when a water cycle is finished. Great washer

I love this washer. I like that it will choose how much water to put in based on the amount of clothes that is in it. I also love the connection to the app and being able to create a setting for the type of load that you want to wash. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

DEAD AT JUST 2 MONTHS

Last 2 months and will not do anything. Now waiting a week and half for service technician. And I am sure after that at least a week for parts and lord knows how long to get it put in. Completely unhappy and would love to just give it back and go with a different brand.
