Confusing

I used the product about 10 times and all of a sudden it let me set the temp etc but when i hit start button nothing happened. Finally unplugged and plugged back in and it reset I guess.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When it comes to the electronics on the refrigerator sometimes it can have a sort of hiccup. The best troubleshooting step is to do a reset, this can be done by removing the power cord for 30 seconds, just like you did.
Not that we are expecting anything, but if you do run into an issue that a reset can't fix, then we recommend getting in touch with our service team to schedule a visit from our technician. Off balance a lot

Love the look of these appliances but the washer goes off balance a lot . I’m not sure it it gets clothes really clean.

We recommend viewing the loading instructions for this washer on page 13 of the Owner's Manual at the link below. How you load this washer can determine how balanced your washer is.

Testy control board!

At first we loved the washer. After 3 months the control board and interface stopped working. GE replaced the parts but these replacements are not working correctly. I’m currently waiting for GE to fix it again or replace it. These new parts are 3 days old and not working!

Big disappointment.

Water level is too low. I have to wash everything on the full level. When I look in the washer all the top items are dry. Bought for the large tub but if you wash comforters or rugs, the machine is so off balance it will not spin. I do not recommend this machine at all. Also the full water capacity does not work on colors so I have to wash on jeans cycle.

Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. If you desire more water in your wash load, we recommend using the Deep Fill option.

Happy 85th birthday to me !!

First new washing machine and dryer in 68 years - I treated myself for my 85th birthday! Installed today and so far, I've been pleased with it. I was hesitant to newer technology but it seems straightforward enough. The extra large tub size was what sold me on it the most.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing product, instructions need help.

I love the machine itself. The instructions were lacking and I had to watch YouTube videos to make sure I was running it correctly. Maybe QR those into the paperwork. I am enjoying the app capabilities and was shocked at the tub size.
