Only one day into having this model in our home! Looks great in the laundry room and we are hoping to learn all the features but we did manage to get 5 loads washed so far! First time owning a GE appliance!

Great Capacity

I love the washer and how much capacity of clothes I can do in one load. The only reason why I give it a 4 stars is how load the click noise when lock sounds and washing sound is not as quiet as I expected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We’re thrilled that you’ve been impressed by your gorgeous new washer; the dashing diamond gray finish is one of our favorites, and we’re so happy to hear you’ve been enjoying its powerful performance. Adding things like detergent packs or fabric softener is so easy thanks to the Flexdispense system, and we love the convenience you get when connecting this model with our SmartHQ app.
We do understand that it can be concerning to see lower water levels, especially if you’re used to an older washing machine. The Department of Energy sets standards for washer water usage, and over time the allowable amount of water has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers, including this one, are programmed with load sensing technology that adjusts the water level based on load size and cycle selection. However, this model does have a “Deep Fill” option that allows you to add water at the touch of a button. You can read more about deep fill on page 10 of your use and care manual, linked below.

Energy Saving and uses less water. It Senses load and configurations. It connects to a smartphone and is the only machine to score 5/5 cleaning score. It has a large load size.

A Quality Washing Machine!

I love this washing machine. I bought it to replace one by a major competitor. My decision to buy this washer was based on my previous experience with other GE Profile appliances. And the fact that it was "Recommended" by Consumer Reports. The Control Panel is intuitive and easy to operate. The wash tub has plenty of capacity. It does a terrific job washing small, medium and large loads. Moreover, it does the job quietly. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable washing machine.

WOW! First new washer in a while so needless to say that all the upgrades in technology are amazing.
Like the way you can select different features for different clothing. Really like the detangle feature when washing sheets.
Not too impressed with the slide out that holds Tide Pods or fabric softener and such...only because there is water left over in the cups after wash cycle. Love the idea though.
Some reasons why this product was purchased included things like deep cycle wash for larger items, the ten year warranty (major parts) that comes with this product and it's heavy duty features.
We are really satisfied with our purchase and...hate to say it...kind of like washing clothes. Weird, I know...
