Great in cleaning the clothes. Easy to use. Locking mechanism for the lid is very loud and the washing process is louder than our last machine. Love the agitator. Overall happy with the washer. Functions are a little noisy

Big mistake. Give my old one back!

Very poor choice. Has not worked properly for the 2 weeks I have had it. Never spins out, always unbalanced and lid locks so you cannot get to the wash I am the queen of balancing a load well
I had issues with my old washer for 6 years but I wish I had it back
Simple dial and start. This one is noisy and never finishes the laundry in one try

I like the dryer a lot. I like that I can change some of the default settings with the app (for example, i wanted a normal load to be washed in cold water and I could change the default in the app). It does a great job cleaning and is a very nice big washer. I saw some reviews saying that clothes come out too wet. I have found that if the load becomes unbalanced the washer will turn itself off. I am sure that is a good thing. All I need to do if that happens is redistribute the load and do a drain and spin. It has only happened a couple times.
