Like all the features. Reasonably priced and very quiet. I wish there was an audible alert when finished on both washer and dryer that cam be heard in another room.

Not exactly what we wanted having the "Infuser" but very nice still. Funny that the hot and cold inlets are backwards.. Don't understand how that happened. But we really enjoy using this very smart appliance. We've had GE washers/dryers and other appliances before and happy to stay with a great brand.

I like the washer mainly because it’s a profile and it’s made in America. Secondly, it’s direct drive no more fan belts. Direct drive is more dependable and more efficient. I like the fact I can keep adding water if I don’t think there’s enough in there at the time.

Have been using this washer for a little over a month and it has done a great job. Researched a lot of appliances before choosing this washer and the matching dryer. The performance outdoes the value. The price was excellent and the performance has been outstanding.

Good features but lacking some previous settings

I purchased this washer to replace previous GE washer after 6 years. The machine has several new features that I'm learning to use along with the added benefits of the SmartHQ app. I like the increased size of the washer can now was 10 towels in a single load. Only issue so far is that I set cycle and it didn't start, unplugged unit and plugged in and it worked. Then issue running a bulky load where it didn't spin, I think this was due to balancing issue with the items I put inside. Clothes are coming out almost dry after max spin cycle and drying times for full loads under an hour. Since washer is in basement like the announcement feature through Alexa. Old unit had cold setting, the new washer I have to create. I do like having the ability to use as wash station old GE washer 15+ years ago had spot clean button to get water when using detergent to get stains out.
