great washer sofa

have had this washer and dryer for about 90 days , and so far so good. some of the reviews said the washers were very noisy, not so with this one. very quiet, it's in our laundry room , not in the garage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great size

It has a great capacity and easy to use cycles. However, our is doing to much noise and sometimes a clack sound. Also when spin, it does out of balance the majority of the time.

A machine that is not level will rock during the spin cycle and cause the machine to be off balance. We recommend redistributing the load evenly in the wash basket and running a drain & spin cycle.
The normal noises heard during the wash cycle are listed at the link below:

It's so big

I love that I can wash a huge load and the water fills up to the brim. It takes some getting used to all the settings, it is noisy but worth it!

I like the washing machine but if I don’t max out the water setting the clothes come out with dry spots. Otherwise, everything about the product is great.

This machine sounds like a truck starting, can't spin a load without going unbalanced and the color is fading for no reason inside. GE used to make good products and I have them throughout my house; but my last two purchases of GE appliances have been HORRIBLE

The washer sounds horrible and becomes unbalanced all the time. Unless we babysit the load the wash will not complete. The clothes smell when taken out and have to be re-washed. This is the worst GE washer I ever had in my life. The dyer is a joke too. My washer is also fading for no reason and its not hard water spots because we have a water softer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
