I love this washer!

It's easy to use, offers me a variety of washing cycles for whatever I need to wash, has a large drum to hold plenty of clothes or even a comforter, and the cycles are done quickly. I feel that my clothes are actually getting cleaner than they did with my old machine.

Does not get laudry clean

We have had a HE washer in the past and did not have issues with our clothes coming out smelling like a wet dog ... however, this washer does NOT get our clothes clean. I have reached out to Customer Service and they indicated they is nothing they can do. It does not put enough water in the tub to clean the clothes. I do not recommend this washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Washer for us!

After having a front load waaher and hating it(we donated it a short time after purchasing it because our clothes and machine smelled awful) and we were hesitant about purchasing another washer. Thankfully we found this GE profile washer that gives us what we want. The tub is 5.3 cu ft for large loads if needed. The washer scans each load to determine how much water is needed. There is a phone app that works great and notifies me during the cycle. There are choices for different loads- temperature choices- extra rinse choices. The machine is quiet too. Best of all our clothes smell clean and fresh!! We love this washer.

Money well spent

My old washer broke and the GE service guy told me it would be cheaper to buy a new one rather than fix it! So I replaced my washer and dryer! Best decision ever! I love the app, it lets me know when I have 5mins left on my load. It is quiet, efficient and it looks good in my laundry area.
