The features are not great

I hate it. I would not recommend it to anyone. The smart was feature barely covers the clothes and you have to stand there to push the button so more water comes in. Only some features have that option. It is so very noisy. In general I would rather have my 35 year old Whirlpool back.

We'd like to assist you with your washer. Water may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal for this high efficiency unit. The deep fill option is for loads where extra water is desired. For more information on this feature, please refer to the top of page 10 of the owner's manual. Here is the link:

Do not recommend!!!

Terrible! I understand using less water but this machine uses hardly any! At least 1/2 the clothes are above the water line. I have to add several buckets just to get everything wet. And the agitator is useless. I can watch and the same items sit on the top and never get moved. Sadly this was the (newer) machine that came with my house. Do not recommend!!!

We'd like to assist you with your washer. Water may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal for this high efficiency unit. It is not recommended to manually add more water to the washer. This model has a Deep Fill option which adds additional water to the wash load, regardless of whether you used a manual or a load-sensing fill.

If the clothes aren't getting cleaned properly, there are a few things you can try that may resolve this. Please refer to the link below:

Big Mistake

It took 3 tries to get a machine that even worked. This is the loudest machine ever. You must close the door to laundry room to even hear the tv 2 rooms away. I’m sure this washer will not survive long term. I’m sure it’s a lemon, but the delivery people said ( oh yes, they all make this much noise).
I am so sorry I didn’t listen and get a Speed Queen! To make it even worse, I also bought matching dryer. After washing & drying there is still pet hair on the clothing. And nothing in dryer lint basket.

We recommend ensuring that your washer is properly level with all 4 leveling legs firmly on the ground, as the unit not being level can cause excess sounds. You can find instructions for this on page 21 of the Owner's Manual at the link below.

Some sounds that you are experiencing can be normal, such as clicking, humming, and a back-and-forth swoosh sound. Looks intimidating but very simple to use

At first I was a little intimidated by all the choices of cycles, temps, spin settings but once I read the book and experimented I realized it is very simple. I do wish the end cycle indicator sound was a little louder but overall very, very impressed.
