Just a great washer!

I had several front loading washers before, they all went out of balance and had to be replaced. Top loading washers like my new GE Profile is perfect! I have other GE Profile products, double ovens, stove and refrigerator. They have been great so it was a no-brainer to get a GE Profile washer. When I need a new dryer I will only get a GE Profile! Very happy!

Large capacity tub plus what I really like is it can be set up to WiFi. I have noticed that my clothes are a lot cleaner.

Agitator sheered off twice and constant rebalance

I had this washer 3 months when the screw holding the Agitator sheered off. The repair tech had to reinstall a new drive shaft to fix. : 5 months later it happened again. Now they won't cover, also blaming us for "taking agitator off". It was sold as a machine you could use with or without agitator. So frustrating. Have been using without agitator. But over 4 weeks since we called out repair to order parts. Would not buy again. Very frustrating. Have explained to 4 people at GE the agitator sheered off. Not their problem. Buyer beware!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
