Some issues to begin with...

We had some issues to begin with - the pump did not work so of course the first load being washed was a nightmare. A load of clothes in the wash not draining tried all the troubleshooting solutions in the book NOTHING. However, I called the store we purchased from and they had their service dept out there the next day - it was the pump! They service man was awesome polite and apologized. I heard him tell the people they needed to make sure the equipment worked before they sold it. Anyway they had to order the pump in the meantime no clothes were getting washed! No discount offered for our down time and this is not a cheap washer. But the service dept came back with the pump ran two wash cycles through to make sure it worked and all is good now. It is just the point that you pay that amount of money and then have to loose 2 days of work time to get it repaired and haven't washed any clothes in it yet! Now since it is fixed all is good and no issues. I would recommend the washer even after our downtime to begin with, and that is probably due to the service man was so nice and was great to deal with during the repair.

I love my new washer. I like all the different settings I can wash on. I like how it senses the load to determine how much water to use and it’s Wi-Fi compatible. I can control it from the app.

The actual machine is great! love the see through lid. Still getting used to the settings most auto settings are washed in Hot .

Wonderful Washer!

This washer has a very large stainless steel tub with an agitator. The agitator helps to get the wash cleaner, and the buttons are simple to use but sleek to look at. The app on my phone was something I didn’t expect to use, but I actually love it! I receive a notification on my phone when my laundry is almost done and then when it is completely done, and even that I have left it in the washer for a period of tine. The clear glass top is nice; I like seeing what is happening inside the washer sometimes. Love the washer!
