Love my new Frigidaire Wall Oven

Display screen is crooked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's annoying that the display screen is crooked. Other than that, the oven works well. Good interior capacity for its size...big enough for a large turkey. Air fryer works well.

Questionable preheat treatment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven works well, however the preheat takes a very long time. First times using it kept burning all my baked goods so I got it calibrated. Found out it hold the tempura tire at the set level, however on preheat it will add 40-50 degrees to the set temperature. So I’ve been putting my biscuits into a 450 degree oven instead of a 400 degree oven. Now I wait for preheat to end. Open the door for a full minute so the heat will go to set, then put my product in. Very wastfull and annoying.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! It is always recommended to wait for preheat to complete before putting your food in, as the oven will be moving much hotter air to get it to the right temperature. The oven may be a little hotter than the set temperature at first, but will drop when the door is opened and the oven should continue to maintain the set temperature while baking. Every oven is different, and we understand this may take some getting used to! Already waiting for replacement parts after 1 month

Cons: doesn't work, only time it heated up reliably was the initial heat up to bake off all the extraneous stuff. From then on it was a crap shoot if it would preheat to the programmed temperature or randomly turn off if it actually hit the temperature. So then 10 days to get a repair service, then another 10 days to get a replacement part (hopefully), and then hope that it is fixed and not a lemon for the next few years. This is their top of the line wall oven!

Replacement Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love my new oven. I have been using it for about a month. The look is even better than the prior model that we had to have replaced. There are several functional design updates including those that improve standardized venting at the base and securing the oven to the wall opening.
The convection fan is so quiet I had to really inspect the unit while on to be sure it was working the first time I used it.
I may update my review to a five star in a few months if it continues to be so awesome, for now I have to go with the 4 star because I still have a residual chemical plastic smell during the first 15 minutes of use even after multiple uses.

Great oven!

the convection feature and also being able to air fry in it.!! I love to bake and so use it more than just cooking! I really liked the courtesy and care of the Appliance place that installed these!
