Great Scott this is an awesome build. The set looks exactly like the movie version. The function to rotate the wheels to make it "fly" is really smooth and cool. The light for the flux capacitor is a nice touch. Man this is a great set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Build

As the site suggests, it's a hard find. Been looking to obtain this model since they released it back in April. I Now have all 3 80's iconic cars the 89 batmobile, Ecto-1 and now the BttF DeLorean. I have been enjoying the build and can't wait to display it with the other cars

Great set with some minor issues

I loved building this set, but was frustrated by the doors not staying open. an extra piece to block the door open would have been a nice touch. Also, I was frustrated by the number of pieces that would have to be removed in order to swap between the display styles. It would have been better if they Mr. Fusion parts could be quickly swapped out without such an intensive disassembly and reuse of random parts. a small redesign and a couple duplicated parts would have totally nailed this set.

It’s good just could’ve been a bit better

So when I was building this I had 1 problem with this set. The doors don’t stay up and I understand why they wouldn’t stay up but it would be cooler if the doors were actually help in place. What I did when I had to choose which of 3 deigns I wanted I combined all 3 with the front box from 3, the mr. Fusion and license plate from 2, and the lightning rod from 1 so I could show it off better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely love this set. So much nostalgia and attention to detail. The only issue I have with it, and it's minor, is that the Mr fusion set up is a bit flimsy. One more hinge or a click to close and hold in place would have made it alot better.
