The post apocalyptic landscape is so cool and the towering mechanical Giraffe is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Horizon is such a fascinating world and I’m proud to display this. Building this set and exploring the games behind it helped me out when I was really stressed in school.
I have yet to actually play Horizon Zero Dawn, but when I saw this set I knew I needed to grab it. It's an excellent display piece and build experience. I'd recomment it to anybody who enjoys PlayStation or gaming in general. The Aloy figure is incredibly well detailed. I hope LEGO makes many more sets like this for other games, as there's so much potential from other PlayStation games like God of War and Death Stranding, and beyond.
First, its definitely worth it. Looks great when complete. The build is fun but a little on the tedious side.
My complaint though is that its very flimsy. If you try to adjust any moveable part on it. Pieces will fall off or come loose. When putting those pieces back or tightening down. You have to be super careful because you can break off other stuff.
That being said. Once its built, mounted and displayed properly. Its pure display. Dont touch it from there out.
This was an excellent set! As someone who's built Lego sets for the last couple decades, I always love when Lego sets intersect with my other hobbies so picking this one up was a easy choice.
It's great for anyone looking for a decent challenge and I felt it was worth it's price-point.
My only slight gripe comes from the stickers meant to go on a couple exterior pieces of the construct. I opened my box to discover two of the stickers were missing from the sheet supplied and I didn't see them stuck to any of the other contents of the box. Their absence doesn't really take away from the overall design, it's just a bummer they were missing.
But I'm sure it was a fluke and I otherwise had a blast putting it together. I know licensing can be tricky but I would be thrilled to see more creatures from this game Lego-ified.
I would recommend this to a friend!

That shouldn't happen and we thank you for letting us know. If you haven't already, get in touch at LEGO.build/Service-BV and we'll help you get the replacement stickers you need!
I'll never buy another expensive set like this again. I ran into problems around bag 4. I checked several times and even took it apart and the only way to make one section to stay on was to really force it. All was fine until the last part and then the stupid thing just fell apart. For as expensive as Lego is I expect better. Maybe I'll just sell all my Lego off and get a hobby that isn't lousy quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

That's not the experience we want for our fans. We're happy to help troubleshoot the build. Feel free to reach out to us at LEGO.build/Service-BV if you need assistance!
This was my first big Lego set to build and I had no problems understanding the instructions. There were a couple pieces I struggled with but once I got it figured out it was perfect. I'm hoping for more Horizon inspired sets because it is one of my favorite games.
I Absolutely love this set! My favorite part of the build had to be the Watcher which is my favorite detail of the set. Over all the build wasn’t repetitive, I was able to watch scenes from the game and some of my favorite moments as I built the tallneck. I would love to see more sets from this theme in the future! I love the mechanical creatures maybe if the series is big enough a UCS watcher build would be very cool with the use of the light up bricks for the eye, or even another creature with more environmental stuff such as taller grass for Aloy to hide in just like the game. Over all I LOVE this build and would love to see more!
