Awesome model!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved putting this set together! I had no issues and no missing pieces at all. The details are just amazing and this looks awesome on display! It wasn't too difficult but was challenging enough to make it fun to do! It is also very sturdy as well and nothing falls off when I move it. Definitely recommended!

Excelent for display

Great and fun model. I did find the beginning of the build a bit boring, but it became much more fun once I got to the tallneck. There were also a couple of errors in the instructions, like the randomly hanging parts in step 151, that made building confusing at times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing set

This set was one of the best I've ordered in a long while. It's was fun to build and looks an amazing!
I can't say enough good things about this set. As a display set its base is good and and the arrangement makes it look like it's in motion. The build was just the right amount of challenge and has a lot of new ways to build.
The play element is great and the Aloy minifig is a must have.

Waste of time and money

I'll never buy another expensive set like this again. I ran into problems around bag 4. I checked several times and even took it apart and the only way to make one section to stay on was to really force it. All was fine until the last part and then the stupid thing just fell apart. For as expensive as Lego is I expect better. Maybe I'll just sell all my Lego off and get a hobby that isn't lousy quality.

Missing Pieces

Found that half way through the dang build that it was missing a piece. A pretty important piece, the one that connects a whole leg of the TALLNECK to the torso. For reference it's piece 4213374. Oh, and it's out of stock too. So now I can't complete my build and probably gonna have to stuff this build in a corner now. Thanks Lego. You've ruined this one.

The Faro (Devil)'s in the Details

I just spent several hours attempting to engineer what should have already been an existing feature of this build. For a group of designers that claim to love this franchise, this build is missing something painfully obvious to my eye: the stance of the Tallneck! In game, these machines are *NEVER* simply standing still. They are *constantly* in a state of forward motion. Why then, doesn't their design reflect this? Again, I attempted to amend this oversight to no avail and will resign myself to revert the build to it's original specs since the center of gravity is too high to permit me to simply 'bootleg' a workaround. I can't be the only one who's irked by this... This is my first time leaving a review. I hope in future, thoughtful consideration is given to the subject matter. If this was considered in the design and was not able to be accommodated, please underscore that in the design notes!

I had a blast building this set, definitely worth the price. I'm looking forward to the idea of LEGO releasing more Horizon sets in the future, huge fan of the games and now a huge fan of this set.

Absolute Beast!

I had so much fun putting this together. It took me about 7 hours, I haven't had this much fun putting together a Lego set in ages! The Tallneck is an absolutely stunning, giant piece. The Aloy minifig is SUPER cute. I might knock that down a little since the hair doesn't completely cover the other side's Focus, but other than that it's so cute. Great scale for Aloy, the Watcher and the Tallneck. I really hope they continue the Horizon series as Legos, I would LOVE to see more. The Legos really translate well into the robotic beasts. Thanks for making such a cool set!
