This is a great kettle. The thermometer helps it get to the perfect temperature for a pour over coffee. The coffee now tastes so good vs more acidic and burnt in flavor before. It’s the perfect size for 1-2 pour over cups.

Scratches too easy

For me, this well made kettle is the perfect size and I like that it’s all one piece, so no rusting out around the seams. I am, however, highly disappointed by how easily it scratches. It’s been gently used on a clean glass cooktop, yet after less than 10 uses the bottom is a scratched mess. Wished they used the same type of finish they do on the travel mugs.
