I ordered the wrong item in error and got nearly instant satisfaction. They sent me a return label a refund and my replacement came faster than the original order. It works fantastically. My tea is at the exact temperature needed and soooo fast. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Looks Nice But.....

I returned this pour over kettle unused. It isn’t big enough for my use. I make a large French Press daily and also preheat my coffee mug with boiling water.
This kettle wouldn’t hold enough water for my coffee brewing routine. Too bad.

My new best friend!

I already sent this pour over to a best friend to enjoy in New York. The ease the the joy the slow down traffic of making a cup of tea or coffee is a ritual enjoyed daily for several minutes. This ritual has changed my mood . I now anticipate a home run to my cup of warmth! I love the copper one it is also a piece of art. I am an artist and so it is perfect functional and artistic sculpture for me dressing up my kitchen counter!

I love the look and feel of this kettle. Heats water very fast and holds at your preset temperature. My only gripe which kept it from a five star rating is the display is too dim and hard to see.

A Thing of Beauty

I waited almost 2 years before I purchased my Stagg (in matte black), and I'm so happy I finally pulled the trigger. We have multiple brewing methods available (espresso, French press, and pour over), and my previous standard kettle was fine except for pour over, where the pour was too fast.
The Stagg allows me to better control my pour rate and I get a better bloom and extraction. In addition, the built-in thermometer is a game changer! It's clear to me now that I was previously getting my water way too hot (boiling).
In addition to the function of the kettle, the form is beautiful as well. We keep ours out on the stovetop at all times. Thanks, Fellow, for helping me step up my coffee game!

Great Product, Wrong Color...

The Kettle itself is amazing. Although, I ordered the matte black kettle and I received the matte white kettle in the mail. I know that the company would have taken it back for a return but due to the craziness of the holiday season it already took about a month to receive(which is understandable due to the current circumstances). I really just did not want to return it and then wait for another one to come in the mail. I just wanted to make some great pour over so I opted to keep it. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5. So if you're reading this, the kettle is 5 stars and it is worth the buy. I just rated my overall experience and not just the kettle.
