360 cap does NOT work as designed. Not sure if it was tested before releasing to public

Overall, nice mug, however, the 360 lid does NOT work as intended. It burned my lips and the flow of coffee came out sudden and can’t be controlled easily as opposed to their regular mug with the flash guard, which was much better design. I don’t recommend buying this 360 cap. Wish i could exchange this for the regular travel mug.

Looks good. keeps coffee warm. the lid does more hard than good. as a travel mug i am constantly in fear of it spilling on me.

This is such a sleek product. First of all, it fits in the cup holder of my car! That’s amazing in its own. I like the 360 lid because I can just pick it up and drink. But if you want something that had a kid you close, I wouldn’t pick this particular design because it it spills, there will be some liquid that comes out since it has the 360 design. But the 360 design works for me because I don’t worry about where the mouth opening is.
You can fit enough liquid inside to be satisfied as well.
I would recommend purchasing.

I adore all my Carter mugs - I have three :) This was my first with the 360 lid, and I was really excited to have a Carter mug where I didn't have to take the lid off to enjoy! I am mostly pleased with it, however, I think I misunderstood the function a bit; I thought that there was a twist open and close function, and that there would be a time when the mug was closed and I could open it. Not the case! Either way - the actual function works well and I really appreciate the thoughtful design.

Thoughtful design that keeps my coffee hot and is nice to drink out of. The sip lid is awesome because I don’t have to open and close the lid to drink and the multiple openings mean you don’t have to find the “front” of the mug, just pick up and sip! Love that it fits in the drink holders in my car (I have the 12oz size).
