Terrible experience. Order was shipped and confirmed and because a code that went through that they later deemed invalid. they didn't honor the already shipped item and rerouted it back to them.

The Carter Move Mug is

The Carter Move Mug is great! This lid definitely allows your hot coffee to cool down a bit quicker than the classic lid or the slide-lock lid, but the convenience of sipping at any point around the rim is a pretty decent trade-off. Makes it much easier to enjoy your drink without having to use two hands.

I love these mugs. They’re well made and designed, and importantly they fit in the cup holder without hitting the seat heater button, which can not be said of other mugs I’ve owned. This isn’t my first Carter Move and won’t be my last.

This thing is baller. The 360 sip lid is why I bought it and it’s 100% worth it. Amazing how something as seemingly minuscule as not having to look at or turn your mug to drink out of it can be so gratifying. No distraction while driving. Don’t need to break that confident eye contact with the mansplainer during your business meeting. Hit that hot coffee without getting any on your nose from a flip top. Get caffeinated and get that bag without a single distraction.
