Still trying to get use to the lid. It’s difficult to use since it doesn’t close shut. Make sure you know it’s not spill proof!

Best mugs we have! The ceramic is great, coffee stays warm for a very long time, 360' sip lid is awesome to preserve warmth but also allows for quick sips between patients/work/etc. Love the "move" size because it fits in cupholders so well (also nice for your hands)! 5 stars for sure, trying to rationalize buying more (but we already have three)!

Me and my husband all loved our mugs however his mug had a dent on when we received it (but he was okay as he couldn’t wait to try it out before initiating the return/exchange process)

I bought this because of the many good reviews, sadly I am underwhelmed by this cup. The best i can say about this product is that the lid is easy to clean ( no odd spaces requiring a special cleaning brush). I think it would excellent if the lid was made of the same ceramic coated steel as the cup. The plastic lid is not pleasant to sip from.

The best hot beverage experience

I am so happy that I got my first Fellow mug from Jot Coffee. Now I have four (2 small, 2 medium).
My Fellow mug even better with this 360-degree sip lid. Now I don't want to drink hot beverages any other way.
There's a couple areas for design improvement (seal ring is easy to lose and sometimes misaligns so the mug leaks), but it's still an amazing everyday mug. I use them at home for teas and coffees.

Really like the design and size! Only negative is it seems to scratch somewhat easily and the plastic construction of the lid seems a bit soft.

The mug is great- absolutely

The mug is great- absolutely perfect. However the 360 lid allows for liquid to pour on the side, making it harder to drink from without spilling along the sides of my mouth. Luckily, I can get another lid, as Fellow has so many other options that will work just fine.
