Product arrived to me with a minor dent in the bottom but overall, I'm very happy with this mug. For an open top mug, it keeps my coffee hot for longer than I had thought, and it works great.
It should also be mentioned that customer service was amazing. My original order was lost in the mail, and after a very short chat with support, they sent me another one which got to me quickly. That was the best part of my experience and I'm super happy

I gifted the Carter Move mug to my husband and was disappointed that it dented almost immediately, I’m its second use on the stone counter. A pricey travel mug to be damaged right off the bat. Doesn’t look as nice now.

Concept is lovely, but drinking

Concept is lovely, but drinking with the lid on is messy. It is a challenge to drink from it with the lid on without making a mess. It is way to easy for the fluids to run down your face due to the pour stream being so wide. Other than the poor functioning lid the rest is a really nice mug. We use it with the lid off currently

The lid makes for a great sip of coffee. I haven’t found a portable mug that lets you smell and enjoy your coffee this way. Easy to clean and easy to hold, it has a grippy coating. The purchase and service experience was great, and while I haven’t had any issues, everything arrived quickly and correctly.

360 Lid is Problematic

I bought the 360 mug for my husband's birthday and was so excited. However, I am so disappointed with how it pours out of the cup in a large gush when you drink (due to the 360 opening). Love the other products from Fellow and really frustrated they wouldn't accept a return. No one should have to worry about spilling coffee on themselves. My husband literally spilled coffee on himself due to the way liquid comes out of the cup.

Great Traveller Mug!

So happy we found these. We did tons of research to try to find the right mugs that would fit in our camper van cupholders and these are just about the perfect size. Love the magnetic lid, easy to clean, and keeps coffee/tea hot all day! Highly recommend :)

I love it, but I think the mug should still come with the regular lid in case you need to keep it warm before you start drinking.
