Needs to be redesigned

I sooo wanted to love this mug. It is stunning looking. But drinking out of the “360° Sip Lid" is terrible. The flow is very restricted, and if you tip it too far towards you, the liquid escapes and covers you. Nice idea but poor execution.

I didn't like the lid. The coffee came out in a wide sheet, so it felt like it was going to spill down the side of my mouth. Cup kept my coffee nice and hot though.

Some pro's and some con's

Keeps the liquid hot for a long time, which is great. However, it does not fit into cup-holder in either of our two cars. As the 360 Sip Lid does not completely seal the mug, it tipped twice and spilled coffee on the car seats. For me, is only useful in the house and not for travel or commuting.

Quality Coffee Experience on the Go!

Really pleased with the way this mug preserves the flavor and experience of coffee while keeping it warm longer and accessible for a commute. My husband is insanely picky about his coffee (we hand grind and pour over every morning), and we'd been using metal vacuum sealed mugs for many years, but were always disappointed in the flavor loss. While this mug is not as spill proof as those models, and doesn't keep the coffee warm for hours and hours, it's an amazing upgrade that provides the same taste experience as drinking from a mug and still provides enough spill/splash protection that it's fine for a walk or in the car (just don't toss it in a tote bag unless you're sure it's empty and clean!). It definitely keeps coffee warm long enough for us to enjoy it even with constant toddler interruptions (iykyk). There's a slight learning curve to drinking from it (we've both spilled on ourselves), but I think that's based on habits from drinking out of a vacuum sealed container and were corrected quickly - just drink out of it like you would from a regular cup. Highly recommend!
