Paint chipping

Poor quality of paint. It chipped off significantly after a few washings. Ended up sanding all the paint off in order to avoid getting paint all over my hands and in my mouth.

The mug looks and feels

The mug looks and feels cool but it doesn’t serve the main goal - to be used otherwise the car. It doesn’t fit the hole for the cup keeping in the car.

This mug met a lot of my requirements (not plastic or fragile, simple sealing mechanism, easy to clean) well and I'm happy to use it. The only drawbacks are a) it doesn't actually fit in most cupholders, and b) you have to hold the lid while you're drinking (there's no easy way to hold all the pieces in one hand while drinking).

Great travel mug

Stylish, ergonomic and keeps coffee hot! I have had lots of travel mugs over the years and this is a no spill, no metallic taste winner! Only drawback is I purchased the 16oz and it doesn’t fit under my Keurig but I just make the coffee and pour it into my Fellow!

My mug arrived pretty quickly and it is just as beautiful as it looks online. The steel inside is smooth and sleek, the outside is soft with a little bit of grit. I love the size of it. I haven’t had a chance to take it out in my car for a test run yet but I have a feeling that I won’t be disappointed.

Totally worth it. Cleans easy, locks in liquid (as long as you don’t overfill), looks great, drinks better. Been using every single day. Also, the no spill attachment is great, especially when you put ice in the drink!
