Keeps my hot beverage hot for many hours. That is the point.
I would comment on the rim of the mug, which is thin and I personally would recommend it be a little thicker or rounded. I do love the design but that would be the only change I would make.

Great service from Fellow who very kindly sorted a replacement mug for me following an issue. The team were friendly and helpful from the get go. The Carter Move is a brilliant mug, great insulation and retains the heat very well. Perfect for my commute!

This is the best travel coffee mug ever. Looks great, comes in various sizes (I chose 12 oz which is perfect for my needs), various colors (chose black), fits in my car’s cup holder and I get no metal taste in my coffee. Buy it!

My daughter was forever seeking the right coffee mug and when I saw the Fellow on the Today show I decided to give her one for Christmas. It more than met the outstanding reviews it received on the Today show. The quality of this mug is outstanding. First of all the coffee stays hot, the splash guard is brilliant and the lid seals perfectly. Buy one it is worth it!

Beautiful, durable, and not sacrificing function for form. Simplistic, but very well-thought-out. Splash-guard is a small act of genius as well. Easy to clean, smart dimensions from both a capacity and usability perspective. Just an all-around good purchase. Very pleased so far.

Nice design but it doesn’t keep my coffee hot for the 12 hours as advertised. More like a couple hours. Also, I find it hard to clean the splash guard. And it was an adjustment to sip from the thin metal lip.
