Design is great but the functionality, not so much.

The design is beautiful and the mug is lightweight, but it's not leakproof. I tried with the 'drain' in and out and it still leaks. It was knocked on its side accidentally and coffee came dripping out. For the price of the mug, I would expect better results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The carter move mug has been a game changer for my coffee! Wow! The taste of my coffee is so much better than with the metal tumbles. The spill guard is also brilliant and still maintains the delicious taste and quality of coffee. Slowly upgrading my coffee station to all Fellow products!

SMELLS AWFUL AFTER USE AND CAN'T GET RID OF SMELL

Whatever "ceramic glaze" they use inside this thermos leaves the must awful smell after use. The smell is impossibly to remove and is not due to the removable plastic seal (which was designed to basically harbor bacteria and also smells). I removed this plastic piece and not only does the container still smell now it also leaks.
Fellow has decent ideas for their products, but the execution of the actual products is awful. I sent back the electric kettle because the bottom metal pieces were not welded correctly, and the glass double walled coffee pour over I purchased was overpriced and the seal on the bottom fell apart causing condensation and water to pool inside the cup after a few washes.
This move mug is no different. And the company still hasn't responded when I reached out about it smelling. Isn't the purpose of the product to avoid nasty smells in your coffee? I would not be surprised if this ceramic also leached compounds into the coffee because why wouldn't it, it's already interacting and absorbing odors from the coffee that can't be removed.

Great thermos to have and gift

Great coffee thermos. Portable and spill proof design. We enjoyed them and even bought some for our friends. The splash guard is great when drinking tea and want to separate the bag. A con with this thermos is that if you fridge the whole thermos closed, the inside will not get cold, it will remain the internal temperature of the drink. The other con is that it’s not recommended for drinking while driving due to the lid design making it difficult to open with one hand. Lastly, if you want to add vinyl wording, just be away due to the texture, it might not stay on well. Overall, it’s great and does a good job holding its internal temperature.

First of all, this mug does indeed seem to keep coffee hot for many hours. I recently took a long road trip and the coffee was very hot for hours. My negative review is due to the care of the mug. According to the instructions from fellow, this item needs to be meticulously care for in a way that I just don’t have time for which ultimately makes me not want to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The kid is completely broken. The cup and lid have never been dropped and only used a dozen times. The bottle and lid has leaked since day 1.
