[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is necessarily of the first month or so of having owned this laptop, as that is how long I have had it.
Having gone from a Spectre x360 to this, the main trait that attracted me was the very good price to spec ratio that this laptop provided when it was on sale. So far, at least, it seems to hold true to that idea with all of my light gaming and processing needs being comfortably handled. The ports this laptop has are also quite utilitarian and I can connect anything I need easily. It fits fine into a laptop bag from Dell, so the form factor is a comfortable standard.
That being said, I must say that I miss having a touch screen available on a laptop, though that is no fault of this laptop. The battery is quite good, and I can use this laptop comfortably for a few hours of gaming or an effectively day-long bout of light work/internet browsing.
The screen is nice and colorful, though the technical details on that eludes me so check another site for more details. The laptop feels solidly built and stable, and the fact that you can plug it into a dock for more utilities and ports is a very nice touch, though I haven't done this myself yet. It is a modern-feeling laptop and I have no complaints about performance.
The last thing I will mention however is the large sort of wasted area at the bottom of the screen. Below the screen of this laptop, there is a large space where there is no screen, just plastic. It kind of makes sense, but it does look a little out of place in this case, even if other laptops are the same. I suppose this was to squeeze the extra components in, or perhaps just a standard of the form factor. It is simply my opinion that it looks a little bit chunky.
Overall, this laptop has satisfied my needs and especially for the price I picked it up for, $1000 CAD, I am very happy with it.
Less than a month with this PC, but so for so good. Good performance, it runs well, I love that I can easily unlock it with my finger. I have a T14 and we do see the difference in the quality of the materials, such as the plastic around the screen, the charger, but still this is a pretty good computer. I always had problems ready from a computer because even with the lowest screen brightness, my eyes became tired. The resolution of the screen is great and brightness don't go deep in the eyes. Love it
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The G2 is not a bad laptop. I had a Lenovo Yoga before I got a G2 and I found the Yoga to be better for a few reasons. The screen resolution, speakers, and laptop weight was better with the Yoga. The G2 is heavy, the screen resolution is not great and the specs said the speakers are good, but I find them to be a bit weak. Also, the fingerprint reader doesn't seem to work.
On the positive side, the G2 processor speed is very quick and responsive. The build of the laptop is bulkier compared to the Yoga but it does feel sturdy. I really like the G2's keyboard, it has a nice responsive feel. I like that there are many port options to plug things into.
The process to order this laptop on Lenovo's website was great. I really liked the updates that I got about delivery tracking. The delivery was completed in a reasonable time.
Worked for a week and then had to send it to the depot for repair. Still haven’t gotten it back yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice model, great key pad on this Labtop, great price and service to date. But not red microphone in middle though. But over all meets all my beginner business needs to date.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought for doing my work...I use most Microsoft office and email. Great price for my work. I love that it's water resistance.
