[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On October 30, 2023, I called and talked with a rep about repairing my refrigerator. The light is on to change the filter. I was told that a person would be to my home on November 3 between 12 and 5pm. That appointment never happened. On Friday November 3, I spoke with some who said I would see them later that day. Again, a no show.

I love the size of the fridge. You can fit so much in it. But it's loud and the water started tasting weird from the dispenser just a couple months into having it. Now when it goes into defrost mode, the size vibrates really loudly and it sounds like water is hitting something hot. I just don't think it was worth the expense. I also put in a request for service about a month ago and still haven't heard back....
