[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is terrible, we have had many service calls, and it never cools properly. The top fridge is poorly designed and only the top shelf cools to temperature and the rest don't.
We are about to call LG again but avoid this fridge whatever you do. We have never had such a poorly designed product.

So far so good but with a couple of observations. We live in the high desert so ice is a major accessory and actually the main reason we bought a new appliance. It took several days to produce the initial bucket full. It appears to be producing enough now (with the ice plus feature constantly engaged) but I’m keeping my eye on it. Next, a minor detail but the deli drawer requires both doors to be open to access it. I like having the deli drawer but opening both doors sort of defeats the purpose of the double doors?

When I bought it I didn’t realize there wasn’t an ice dispenser on the door. After getting used to having to hand dip the ice I really don’t mind that extra step. So far I’m very pleased with the quality of the refrigerator.
