[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great refrigerator - the interior is very optimized for both the refrigerator and the freezer. Water dispenser takes a bit getting used to but works well. No ice dispenser but that allows for a lot of space in the refrigerator.
Quality has been not so great. After 6 months both refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling. LG support was relatively quick and it turns out there was an interior refrigerant leak that should have been caught at outgoing QC. On the plus side, even with a leaky line, for what it's worth, the refrigerator worked reasonably for 6 months. After the fix, the refrigerator obviously seems to be cooling better and the only negative I had earlier about cooling now seems fixed.
If I ignore this as an one off, the refrigerator seems to be a good value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love everything about this refrigerator. The spaciousness is top notch and the lighting / brightness level is superb. I had an issue with the left leaf of the door dripping water while the ice maker was active. The issue was repaired under warranty but was a hassle to deal with for the period in question. Still I rated it five stars due to the superb service received.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far has been a very good fridge. Love the space... and extra space created by having the ice maker in the freezer. It is a little bit of a pain to not have ice in the door, but we like the space. The doors don't close as easily as our old LG refrigerator. And the freezer has only one shelf. But otherwise we love it.

My only problem is that the water dispenser is vey slow and trickles out. I like the size of the ice cubes but it is hard to reach the on/off button.

I love having the little chime that let's you know if one of the doors was left open. It makes ice really quickly, and I like how it is stored in the freezer tray.
