Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We actually liked it up until a few weeks ago. We purchased it November 2023 but was remodeling so we did not install it until March of 2024 and the refrigerator stopped cooling in July. We're now going on 4 weeks without a refrigerator. It is super inconvenient and extremely annoying and infuriating to be quite honest.

Condenser Fan Broke

Condenser fan motor broke after 3 years. My kitchenaid last at least 10 years before the fan broke.

Excellent storage capacity

We found that we had a much greater storage space in all compartments! We enjoy our new refrigerator and have received many complements from friends and family!

I purchased this refrigerator 2 months ago. Always had the side by side , love the freezer on the bottom. Gives us more storage room on the top. Next purchase will be LG electric stove.

It runs very quiet, love the thin profile of the water dispenser, has a ton of space - everything you hope and expect from a fridge. We picked out the LG based on their solid reviews in Consumer Reports, and they've lived up to expectations.

I purchased this LG refrigerator because I wanted water through the door but did not want ice through the door (thereby eliminating the second ice maker). It also had the advantage of being 29 cubic feet in size but not much larger dimensionally than any other refrigerator. It has a single inverter linear compressor, a single evaporator, and a single ice maker, which makes the refrigerator less complex and hopefully more reliable. I like the large 64oz cold water reservoir (nice bonus). There appears to be a lot of controversy around the inverter linear compressor, but theoretically it should last longer, be quieter and use less electricity, time will tell if the compressor lasts. I purchased the black stainless steel to coordinate with the gloss black appliances that I already have (and it worked). It seems it's hard to get gloss black appliances anymore. I can't speak to longevity yet because I only had the refrigerator less than a week. Will update as time goes by.
