So Far, a Great Product- Except One Small Feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most recently (about 30 days ago) I purchased this fridge. I absolutely love the space of the fridge and the coldl water feature on the outside door. The outside cold water feature does not take away from the door space inside at all, which is absolutely wonderful. Overall, it's a wonderful fridge with a great distribution of configured spaces and obtaining uses for them; with one downfall, it needs an inside temperature reading to be made available for both the fridge and freezer temperature readings. I had to purchase a separate one to put it inside too ensure all is continually working properly all the time, at a safe temperature. Most fridges have this simple feature, which is very important. Economically, features wise, and based upon reliability reviews, from all my research, this fridge just made the most sense in making the purchase against all others. Warning!!! If the installer needs to remove the doors to get this in the house, be sure they put it back on with all the electronics in place or it won't work properly! After we got a replacement fridge, the temperature seems not to come down to temp. Supposedly, you can adjust the fridge temp down as low as 33F. I like to keep it at 36F. so far, after having it turned down to 33F for several days, my fridge temp has yet to go down past 40F. In some places, it is as high as 43F. I purchased this unit for its sleek design, large interior capacity, and water on the door (no ice). I'm hoping it actually keeps my food cool and out of the danger zone (41F or lower).

We bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago and have been very satisfied with it. It is very simple to operate and works very well. Our old refrigerator lasted for years and while it did a good job, it does not compare to the LG refrigerator we purchased. We first had the opportunity to use LG products in a VRBO rental a few years ago and were very impressed by their design and performance. Since that time, we have purchased an LG TV, washer and dryer, double oven, and refrigerator. We have been very impressed with LG overall and will continue to purchase LG products as we have to replace other appliances.

We've had our new LG French Door Refrigerator for about a month, and it's great! It has SO much more room inside than other styles since it doesn't have an icemaker in the door. It's extremely quiet and the fingerprint free finish is easy to keep ckean.
