[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old samsung gave up after 8 years and the repair shop told me it would be nearly as expensive to fix as to purchase a new one. I opted for an LG this time and thus far am very pleased with my decision. It seems to have much more interior space compared to my old fridge of the same dimensions this is due to the ice maker location and configuration. The placement of the inside lights also make the interior seem much brighter. So far I really like this refrigerator.

Nice fridge but it won’t cool down. It always cools to 5 degrees higher than the setting. Has repair guy from LG change out the temperature sensor. Still won’t cool down. Stays 5-6 degrees above setting. So we have to keep it set at 33 degrees (lowest setting available) just to keep fridge at 38-39. Not pleased with this as being acceptable.

This fridge was a HUGE upgrade from the top freezer model we had previously. The water dispenser allowed us to get rid of our in-fridge filter which took up a ton of room. One of my favorite things about this fridge is that it’s so large, we can put two, large pizza-size boxes right on the shelf and still have oodles of space. Everything is easy to access and organize.

Even though the refrigerator is smaller than our old GE Profile side-by-side, it feels SO much bigger. I love the freezer space, and can fit a large sheet pan in the refrigerator. The water dispenser took some getting used to, but the filter makes the water taste amazing. I wish we opted for the ice maker dispenser. The only draw back is the door sometimes appears shut, but isn’t, and the door alarm is very quiet.

This is a great full size fridge. Plenty of room and the design is very functional for a family of 4. Having water dispenser on the outside is great to save energy and ice maker inside freeze will save repair bills. Not happy the light stopped working on the water dispenser after about 9 month of use.

Have had this refrigerator for a little over a year and find it spacious, and very quiet but turning the ice maker on and off takes a little effort. It's out of the way. I would be better if it was on the door with the other controls.
