Great till it stops working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge to matching our other appliances in our newly remodeled kitchen. First off the storage and use of space is amazing. The bottom freezer part with double storage is great especially with kids that can cook their own nuggets or corn dogs. The freezer helps keep everything organized. The fridge part has great storage and multiple ways to arrange the shelves/drawers. Gallon milk/orange juice fits perfect in doors as the storage in doors is large. The smaller large slide out drawer has been a life saver for snack items like yogurts, string cheese etc. The light in both the freezer and fridge part is very bright. I would have given this review 4-5 stars if i was given it 3 months ago. On June 20th our fridge went out and will not cool. It is under warranty however where i live no one will work on it or can work on it. It is now July 9th and still haven’t gotten it fixed or a plan in place. LG customer service has offered to replace it or refund if necessary. It’s just going through the process that is taking the longest. Overall, when working an excellent product. When not, you just have a nice discussion piece until it’s fixed.

Lots of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator in Jan 2022. The refrigerator dents very easily. I had to put a piece of cardboard on the bottom freezer to prevent anymore denting. I regret buying this refrigerator. If you have kids don't buy this refrigerator. The bottom freezer iced up a little but it was because we were overloading it.

Love the refrigerator but......

We've had the refrigerator for 7 months (waited a month to get it delivered). I love the refrigerator, it has so much space. However, the fan went out 2 weeks ago. We waited 10 days for the new fan. It's up and running again. But I'm so disappointed that it already needed the replacement after only 7 months of use. I have high expectations for LG products. This has really disappointed me.

Warning!!! If the installer needs to remove the doors to get this in the house, be sure they put it back on with all the electronics in place or it won't work properly! After we got a replacement fridge, the temperature seems not to come down to temp. Supposedly, you can adjust the fridge temp down as low as 33F. I like to keep it at 36F. so far, after having it turned down to 33F for several days, my fridge temp has yet to go down past 40F. In some places, it is as high as 43F. I purchased this unit for its sleek design, large interior capacity, and water on the door (no ice). I'm hoping it actually keeps my food cool and out of the danger zone (41F or lower).

It's a fridge

Six months it. It has tons of space, holds temperature well and does all the things you want a fridge to do... except... the plastic pieces for the water filter are not well engineered. Trying to replace my filter has now turned into a three week long pain in neck. Service techs wont come out for my issue and trouble shooting via chat did not resolve. I am supposed to turn some plastic piece a few degrees with pliers to make the filter lock into place... it's not even a year old and I am not risking breaking it further by using metal tools on cheap plastic components. I hope LG comes back with a viable solution.

Doesn’t get cold enough - It has one job!

I should have read the negative reviews. I have the refrigerator set to lowest temp-33 degrees and it won’t get colder than 41 or 42 degrees. That’s not even a safe temp. Ive been waiting almost two weeks to hear back about scheduling a service appointment. Beyond disappointed in both the refrigerator and the service.

Doesn't go under 40 degree had a repair company come out they replaced the back wall and no difference need to get fixed immediately lost 5 gallons of milk before expiration date
