It's deeper in depth but, the biggest surprise is that the door shelves are so much wider. The freezer holds so much more products and love the ice cubes (I know that sounds weird). One recommendation though: don't walk backwards with your hands on your hips and bump into the lever for the water dispenser... yikes! We had purchased a different brand refrigerator less than a year ago and learned a couple of months ago that there was a recall on the fridge. Really liked the fridge but the recall forced us to look for another product. When we went back to the store that we made our original purchase we were offered this product as a replacement. At first I was hesitant but then my husband encouraged me to do it. I'm so glad that we did. This seems to be a much better product and hope that it will last us for a long time.

I bought my new fridge in early July. The first time it was being delivered it was damaged so had to reschedule for a week later. I like the fridge. It wasn't my 1st choice but mire affordable. No bells & whistles. With that being said, I don't mind the ice maker in the freezer instead of on the door. In fact I love the extra room in the fridge without the ice maker there. Lots of room on the shelves and on the doors. I wish the shelves pulled out and I wish there were more options for adjusting up & down. Overall, it's a good basic refrigerator and I'm happy with it so far (about 2 weeks).
