Disappointed, second fridge is still not cooling

We like the design, but we had two different ones delivered and neither can get the fridge compartment to cool down correctly, even at the lowest temp setting. With a so-called "5-degree variance possible", the temperature range of 33 to 43 degrees is a very poor design. The range should be something like 28 degrees to 45 degrees to accommodate the possible variance, since fridges should be kept between 33 and 40 degrees. Very disappointing.
Pros: ease of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this not quite a month ago and so far love the features. The stainless exterior wipes clean easily and doesn't show fingerprints. The ice maker cranks out a ton of ice. Love the super large door compartments and there is so much room inside without the icemaker or large water dispenser area. The water dispenser took a little getting used to but works great and shuts off without a drop of spillage. It also has the self diagnostic function to aid in troubleshooting any issues, which hopefully we won't ever need to use.
