Spacious French Door Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator died unexpectedly late on a Sunday evening. Neighbors volunteered to store some contents. Then it was find a new unit. This unit was almost the same size as the old unit but the shelving and storage are better arranged. The ice maker is excellent. The delivery men were efficient and careful. The unit is quieter and isn't lit up like a christmas tree. Freezer space and shelves are very efficient for storing item. Looking for a replacement, this is well worth considering.

Took awhile to decide what to get so finally settled on a 29cf LG French Door refrigerator. Happy we did. This thing is physically large, so make sure it will fit through your door. They had to finally bring ours through the patio door.
This is a "simple" unit in that it has only water on the door. That little detail increases the refrigerator space significantly, but reduces the freezer space a little as the ice maker/container is in the upper left corner. Really, it's all a balancing act - what do you value more, refrigerator of freezer space.
We've only had it a month but like it so far. The freezer seems to have a bit of frost on the surfaces all the time so don't know if that is a problem developing. Probably related to how often/long the drawer is open.
