So far, perfect. Runs very quietly, holds temps exceptionally well, produces excellent ice and water ! Very nice fingerprint resistant stainless finish.

Horrible experience. Fridge looks good but doesn't function...no power at all. 2 weeks into repair process for them to JUST now order the part. Horrible product. They should do everyone a favor and stop making their products.

Four and No More!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loved the features of this refrigerator; size, water dispenser, shelving and value. However, I have gone through four in 10 days. First one failed to cool below 42 degrees (unacceptable). Replacement was dropped in driveway and delivery was refused. Third unit had large dent in compressor area and was refused. Fourth one failed to cool belpw 41.9 degrees and had major separation within the interior lining. LG tech support stated that this was manufactured error and refrigerator not to be used and return to vendor.
Just not willing to go for the fifth delivery. Really wanted this refrigerator to be the one for our household. We actually lost over $300.00 worth of fresh and frozen food during this 10 day fiasco.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Noise - IF error in the firts week (see video

I would like to give a better reference because the fridge looks nice and has a lot of interior space; however, it has a problem, it is VERY noisy and has problems every week. The first week IF E error pop up and the solution is to power off the fridge for 4 hours. What do I do with all my food during that 4 hours? check the video and judge by yourself. What do you think? I can not recommend it to my friends

LG are terrible

Ice make locks up, door panel has been issue from day 1, constantly beeping, ice maker arm rotating, even when turn off, buttons (ice, water, crushed) not working, temp changing by it self in fridge and freezer. I WOUND NOT RECOMMEND AN LG

Dispenser leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure what the problem is but we had the ice maker replaced and ever month or so we find water leaking from dispenser. I think the ice maker does not stop making ice when full so it can not dump ice in tray. Then the water tries to refill ice tray overflowing the water into the ice bucket in door. The water runs thru there and out dispenser on to floor.

No short shelf. Can't stand anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great fridge and has lots of space. However, there is no short shelf on the top like on my last fridge. Because of this, I can't stand anything tall on any shelf. So if you have a gallon pitcher, it has to lay on its side and hope it doesn't leak.
